Five years ago Stephenie Meyer was a stay at home mom raising three kids. Now, she is a literary rock star and the author behind the “Twilight” series. Join us for a LIVE show Friday, November 13th as Oprah talks to Stephenie about her success and gives us an exclusive look at the latest movie in the series, “New Moon.”

It’s her one and only interview before the premiere of the film, so you won’t want to miss it!

    Dont want to admit but has been a few weeks since have watched but im sure i remember her doing it in the films just a little bit now and then not sure it all a bit fuzzy am trying to not watch the film so i dnt compare it as much next week lol .

    I'm just worried that I'm going to be so incredibly worked up that I won't be able to cry during the movie.. LOL
    But someone posted parts of the score (you can listen to them on amazon) and only listening to the music already makes me tear up.. :)

    am trying to avoid it lol i was trying to place the music from the soundtrack and thought i better stop listening because im gonna get myself in a state when the film comes on lol am going with my sister and she isnt as avid as me she hasnt even read the books at all let alone the outakeslol .

    My sister has a friend who has read NM and Eclipse, but refuses to read Twilight because she's already seen the film ¬¬ I keep telling her that Twilight the book is soooo much better (and sweeter :P)

    ha ha my sister said she doesnt want to read the books because she loves the film and doesnt want it to change her mind to be fair i didnt even know about the books till i saw the film and googled it then i was hookeed never knew it was soo big till i found nmm.orgwhich has been a daily fix now since april all i can say is thankgoodnes for box office on sky or would nver have watched it my hubby is preparing himself as its on sky movies hd all week and i shouted edward in hd i have to watch lol x

    I watched the entire thing too...they didn't talk about the fifth book at all...idk what's up...it was a mean ploy though to tease everyone like that...its was almost a waste of an interview.

    I don't think SM was being intentionally mean. i think the question was supposed to be asked and answered... but either she backed out or was asked not to talk about it before the premiere. IDK just guessing.... not sure what to do with this...

    they didnt answer the question! that is most of the reason i even watched oprah today, and they didnt answer it!! They advertised it like 3 times during the show and never addressed it. Who cares about the stupid school getting 600 books. i had to pay for mine!!!

    no you are exactly correct... I listened for it too and NOTHING! It makes me mad cuz I thought the exact same thing as you, which is why I came to the computer too. However, in the back of my head I'm like no I was here for everything they said- they didn't say it.. UGH!!!

    The interviewer basically asked Kristen why they never answer the question they are asked the most. Are they, or aren't they? She said she never will because she is trying to keep something

    Now, if you were just friends with a guy like Rob why would you try and hide that? You wouldn't. There's obviously something more serious going on. Rob didn't say much to answer that question either. I'm glad, I like how they don't flaunt it in our faces. Keep your private lives private.

  • Stephanie Meyer is such an amazing writer; I've read all the Twilight Series and I was so intrigued by her style of writing; I'm a romantic and although it is a Vampire story it is more so a story about an invincible man who is so inlove with this fragile woman and would give his eternal life for her; that's pretty powerful stuff; Kudos Ms. Meyer; keep the books coming, your an inspiration...
