For those of you who have seen the movie, what was your audience's reaction when Jacob took off his shirt when Bella hit her head?

When I saw it just about everyone in the theater gasped. It was very audible. I know I had seen that scene in one of the trailers, but to see it on the big screen was amazing. There were a few hoot and hollers too. There didn't seem to be as much of a reaction when Edward took off his shirt. I think everyone was waiting for it and the shot was not as close up as the one of Jacob.

When Jacob first took off his shirt, there were screams and howls and cat calls (I was definitely one of those people)

When Rob came on screen without a shirt, someone said "ewww" really loud (that might have been me lol) and everyone laughed. I must've been in a predominantly Team Jacob audience =)

LOL Chaskes I know I said something too, not sure what it was. I was pretty lost in the moment. I think mayabe I said "Oh wow!"

It does seem there were more Team Jacob people in the audience.

Although there were a lot of "Noooo" and groans when the movie ended after Edward purposed.

The 1st time I saw NM (midnight show) I was lucky to have an auditorium nearly full of adults! There were no squeals, but I do remember some gasps.

The 2nd time it was a larger auditorium and more diverse and there were a few squeals, and I too noticed it was more quiet during Edward's shirt coming off. Of course there was much more tension to the scene - with Bella racing against the clock - and I think the audience was held in silence due to that tension.

BTW - You can come out of the closet now that you are here... go find yourself an avatar, just try not to duplicate any that are on here already - you will find much more acceptance then.

I would first glance around on a few posts to know what not to get. Then just use Google or imdb.com (that's where I got my last avi from). Now that we're waiting for Eclipse, I found one that represents my favorite chapter - Fire & Ice. It's kind of hard with Eclipse b/c there haven't really been any stills released. Basically just find something you relate to and like.

If all else fails and you end up with one that is already taken, you will kindly be notified. I was told by the infamous TSO that my name was already being used - or something close to it. So I just chose something more personal to me.

At my theatre, some random guy at the front (no doubt dragged to the movie by his GF) yelled "OH MY GOD!" while we were all gasping and drooling and the ENTIRE theatre laughed! It was so funny! One of the best moments of the night. We all knew we were uselessly drooling over a H-O-T 17 year old... but HOLY HALE, none of us cared!

All he has been taking about jacob is his body and stuns. This is a cheap way to be popular and It clearly works. But I believe jacob has more personality than his hot body. Unfortunately jacobs personality is overshadowed by his six pack.
