Anna Kendrick (aka Jessica Stanley) looked stunning at the premiere of her new film Up in the Air Monday night.   Anna talks with MTV on the red carpet why her new movie Up in the Air would appeal to New Moon fans.

MTV: Why is this a movie that would appeal to your “Twilight” fanbase?

Kendrick: It’s a movie that appeals to everybody. It’s a timeless story. It’s a romance, but it’s also about people who are trying to figure out what they want in their lives. Everybody goes through that. “Twilight” is more of a fairy tale, but this is a story about real people. And everybody likes that.

MTV: As you head into awards season with such buzz, have you prepared any speeches yet?

Kendrick: No. I haven’t even been nominated for anything, so I don’t even need to worry about that.

From what I’ve read, Anna is definitely up for Best Supporting Actress nominations.  Anna, you should get those speeches ready!

Kristen Stewart plays a lap dancer and prostitute in the upcoming Welcome to the Rileys which will premiere at the Sundance Film Festival this January.  Kristen told WENN:

“It’s an independent movie that nobody would normally see,” Stewart said. “Now it’s like, ‘Oh, let’s go see Bella in this stripper movie – it’ll be crazy!’ Working with James Gandolfini and Melissa Leo, who is just incredible, was the most fruitful life-changing experience on a movie that I’ve ever had.”

A Twi-hard attacks the Wolf Pack on the Jay Leno Show!   Chaske Spencer (Sam), Alex Meraz (Paul), Bronson Pelletier (Jared) and Kiowa Gordon (Embry)  were all in on the comedy short with Mikey Day of the Jay Leno Show.

OMJ!  It’s the Wolf Pack!  That was hilarious!  I loved it when she held up Mikey Day (Victoria style) and said “Don’t ruin this moment for me!”  LOL!
