Kristen Stewart recently spoke with MTV radio on the tabloid attention, Chris Weitz and Eclipse newcomer Bryce Dallas Howard, who will play Victoria in lieu of Rachelle LeFevre.
“Chris did a very different thing that I’ve never had a director do,” the 19-year-old explained. “He put together a syllabus of what we were supposed to achieve and how he was going to make it easier for everyone — sort of an introduction to how he likes to work. It not only introduced the idea of collaboration but said, ‘Please, everyone, love it and be invested and work hard.’ It was very encouraging. It had technical aspects of [the shoot] — how he was so sorry that so much of the movie was going to be CGI stuff that we would have to react to — but that he was going to always make us aware of what we were acting with and never leave us high and dry like a lot of effects movies [do], because you don’t know what you’re reacting to. It was a full rundown of how he planned on making the movie. Most directors are like, ‘Have you put together notes for our meeting?’ and it’s like, ‘No. That’s your job.’ ”
“It was really good [working with her],” Kristen said. “Bryce is scary. She is really oddly sweet as well, so it’s weird to see her switch back and forth. Victoria, for Bella, is an ever-present fear — even when Victoria isn’t around, she is scared that she is coming back. Bryce is such a good actress, and it was easy to be scared of her.”
“I’ve gotten more comfortable with it,” Kristen said of the media attention. “And the whole rumor/tabloid stuff, it’s so obviously false to me. Even before I became a part of it, once I was sort of the star of that, it’s like a show; it’s like a ridiculous show. With false realism, like a soap opera that seems real, but you’re not quite sure. It doesn’t bother me; I don’t take it personally.”
I would love to read that Chris Weitz syllabus for New Moon. I can’t wait to see Bryce Dallas Howard as Victoria. I heart Kristen.

Hello all bloggers,
I thought I might send you an e-mail with some general ideas for things to post on slow days. I realize there has been absolutely no news lately and keeping people interested is hard, so why not try a few innovative, discussion inducing posts? I won't hide my intentions, I'm writing this because of the paparazzi pics being posted. Many of us love to chat and want to be on em.org and nmm.org, but not at the expense of our fave actors. How about trying some of these posts on slow days:
1) My Life is Twilight post: People write in and tell their own Twilight related happening (just like they do on the website someone posted today)
2) Re-read Twilight and/or Midnight Sun (seperately or together) like we did with New Moon before the movie came out
3) Tis the season: Why not have us re-write or write a Twi-themed Christmas jingle? (rules apply, nothing that can be moded… etc)
4) Song prediction for Eclipse: Since we don't have a soundtrack yet have fans write in about what song they think would match certain scenes in Eclipse (ie Wicked Games- Chris Isaac for Bella/Edward's “compromise”)
5) Have people send in pics of Twi-crafts they have created with movie and Twilight memorabilia
6) Who would you cast? – ask which actors/ actresses we would cast for the new characters in BD if we could have our dream cast
7) Where Should Twilight go next – fans write in about what they would like to see Stephanie write about next (NOT MS, but Leah hooking up with Jake/Nessie's offspring for example)
You get the idea. I just thought ideas along these lines would keep people interested and blogging while still respecting the rights/privacy of the actors. I know it's hard for you to “win” because people get testy when there is no news, and then they get testy when there is paparazzi news. Thought I would suggest a compromise… it worked so well for Bella and Edward!

I freaking love CW! Never heard anyone in the cast say a bad thing about him, which is saying a lot!
Shooting in the cold, sometimes shirtless (wolf pack), with a lot of CGI elements to react to, and stunts to do (Kristen in the water for the cliff diving), and paparazzi all around–that's a tall order to keep a cast happy, not to mention raving about your skills.
I really, really hope he releases his syllabus of the movie for the fans. I think that's one of the coolest things you can find out about a movie you love–how it was done, and what the thought process was behind it all. CW for BD!!!
And as for Bryce as Victoria…..I'm going to be kind today and keep my mouth shut!

It's all the questions from that first long press conference thing they did while promoting NM. All the various media outlets that were there keep posting it as if it were new information and exclusive, but it's all the same transcript of Q&A's. But no complaints here, I'm all for a post with a Kristen pic!
It's definitely discusting to see pap photos. I'd rather avoid those and wait until photoshoots or events to see pictures of them, even if it means going into withdraw. :/ Our actors don't deserve this.

That was genius!! I loved the New Moon re-read and talking about the movie right after it came out. There are plenty of ways we can have posts to keep us busy when the news is slow. I hate paps photos and refuse to buy any tabloids b/c it is disgraceful to our beloved cast. Photo shoots and real articles with the actors I love – those get bought up.

hello! so, im supposed to be studying for finals but i was creeping on some jacob/bella videos and anyways! i remembered a while ago us talking about the jacob/bella bed room scene & i remember u speaking of the sexual tension during that scene and i told you i did not notice that at the time. well, being the biggest creepier/ procrastinator whatever you like to call it.
