For the record, Lupe Fiasco has been doing alternative songs for years now, some of which was evidenced on Food and Liquor and The Cool. He's known as a rap artist first, but a solid number of songs he's put out there have featured rock artists or have rock undertones. He's actually one of the few who haven't sold out. :)
