I dont recall him mentioning doing anything for the soundtrack, but if he did end up on doing something, it would be nice to hear.
I also agree, I think he's very talented and has alot more to offer and should get every possible opportunity to show what he can do. I will definately be seeing “Remember Me” on opening night.

Alexandre Desplat was nominated for something? Hope he enjoys it this year, because I don't think he'll be receiving the same honour next year.
Too bad, New Moon score had potential, but it just wasn't the right “vibe” for this franchise. It was way too mainstream in my opinion. I also feel like it was “preferred” in the movie. It was played in some really key scenes that it didn't necessarily “draw the feeling” of. Sound track songs seemed a bit misplaced, and could have been better used during a lot of these scenes (ie reunion in Italy… SO should have been Muse, instead we hear ir playing when Billy wants to send Bella to Jacksonville as background music… what?). I hope this wasn't due to some contractual garbage because AD is a well-known and sought-after composer of scores…
Absolutely!! I could never detest the person who took Rob out of the dark. I mean, this man has to be recognized, not only for his amazing skills but also for his face, body, personality, soul, jaw, hair LOL.

you see friends…we will have the opportunity to look at twilight with no bitterness at all, we will always remember the soundtrack…the cafeteria scene, the biology class scene…Edward saving Bella from being crashed, the kissing scene ( beautiful) the cullen´s house ( that alice jumping off the tree and embracing Bella) in front of the worried eyes of the rest…the prom…you´ll see….and the most important thing of all THE CAST…(positive thinking)
