It's totally messed up and I blame MR for that. Edward doesn't get time to show how much he loves Bella but that would be OK if the rest of it wasn't so biased towards Jake. And Bella told Jake she still loved Edward, he always knew what the deal was. It's not like she dumped him. The Jake argument that she should stay and let Edward kill himself astonishes me every time.
Even if they weren't going to end up together, why the heck would she let him die? No one else would be able to stop him. Edward would never ask Bella to let Jake die. The choice was let Edward die or break Jake's heart. Eh, how can anyone think she should have stayed with Jake? I love Jake, I have never said anything different, but he is selfish and he does put Bella under some really unfair pressure. I would never go for a guy with muscles, that's not to my taste, and I think it's fine that other people do find it attractive but to pick Jake based on that is nuts.
I'm as pale as a vampire, I grew up hearing all the albino jokes, but I stopped caring cz it's natural and it looks better than orange fake tan. I am not that type of girl! As far as their looks and their personalites in real life, you cannot get any better with these two.

Even before he was all prettified for Twilight, there was no way Rob could be described as ugly. So, he's got flaws but he's more attractive for them. If he got his nose straightened and his teeth fixed, he'd look less attractive. I love the flaws people have that accentuate the rest of their looks. You know all the folk who petitioned against him are wetting themselves over him now.
One of the dumbest arguments was that he's English. Eh, he can do an American accent. And how many American actors do British accents? It's really not an issue for actors.
I have no idea who Michael Capon and Steven Strait are so I'll take your word for it on their acting. I hate pretty boys with no personality. What's the point? They may as well just stand there. Rob's humour and all-round oddness adds to his performance. I love the weird, random things he says and the stuff he blurts out without thinking. He's not a puppet of agents, managers and studios. Neither is Kristen and I hope Taylor doesn't go that way cz he seems to be up for a crazy number of roles.

Taylor is worrying me a bit. He needs to be careful. Because at face value, these movie roles I have heard about sound kinda cheesy. If that is what he is going for, then great. But he is better than that and needs to establish himself as an actor without the combination of the abs and the physical stuff.
I remember watching Twilight the first time and not seeing the big deal with Rob. Sure, I thought he was nice to look at, but then I watched all of his interviews and his personality and humbleness and self deprecation jump off the screen. That's when I feel in love with the man.

I'm worried about Taylor too. Was talking about that on one of the posts the other day. He can get away with one or two action movie and then he'll be typecast. It would suck cz he can act. Some muscly guys only get action roles cz that's all they can do. Taylor can do a lot better. He'd be better off career wise if he lost the bulk and did something totally different after the saga. With him being so young, you wonder if he might make a mistake now that affects the rest of career and that would be sad.

When I went to the midnight showing of NM there were some ladies sitting beside me watching TL on an iPod Touch during the commercials before the previews. It was really funny because we are all crowded around this little screen and squealing whenever Robward came on the screen!
