Peter Facinelli (aka Dr. Carlisle Cullen) and Anna Kendrick (aka Jessica Stanley) appeared at the 10th Annual AFI Awards Friday.

Peter was supporting his television series Nurse Jackie and Anna was there for her new film Up in the Air.

According to the Official Summit Entertainment Twilight Twitter page — the 2-disc Special Edition DVD and the Special Edition Blu-Ray will be released on Saturday, March 20th, 2010!

It’s now available for Pre-Order on DVD and Blu-Ray as well!

Who’s pumped? It will be March 20th before you know it!

UPDATE: We regret to inform you that there will be no commentary from New Moon stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, or Taylor Lautner on this 2-disc DVD and Blu-Ray edition of New Moon. According to  MTV.com the commentary was done by Chris Weitz and editor Peter Lambert. I know I can speak for all of us — very disappointing. The Twilight commentary with Rob, Kristen, and Catherine MADE that DVD. It was priceless and full of timeless quotes. “Come on guyssss .. Lets be simple about thisssss”

Here are the features -

Along with the fantastic film, fans can expect a six-part, behind-the-scenes documentary chronicling the creation of the film, rehearsal footage from Muse, three music videos from Death Cab for Cutie, Anya Marina and Mute Math, as well as audio commentary by director Chris Weitz and editor Peter Lambert. But where, oh where, is the commentary track with Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner that Chris promised back in the day?

Perhaps that, along with the 20 minutes of deleted scenes, are among the “And more!” that the Summit press release touts. Count Hollywood Crush among the sorely disappointed if RPattz’s self-depricating humor isn’t included on the disc.

The DVD will retail for $32.99 and the Blu-Ray for $34.99. Both will go on pre-sale January 26.

We previously posted New Moon make-up artist, Norma Hill-Patton, featured in last months Make-Up Artist Magazine.  Norma touches up Robert Pattinson’s makeup on the New Moon set. 

Dang!  Why didn’t I become a make-up artist?!! I could stand there for hours touching up Rob’s lips!!

The beautiful Rachelle LeFevre (aka Victoria I) recently gave blood to help out the victims of the terrible Earthquake that forever changed Haiti.

Rachelle recently shared pictures via twitter of her experience giving blood, and vows to go back in March (as Red Cross said she has to wait until then).

Its awesome to see stars from the Twilight Saga helping out the people of Haiti!

During the promotional tour for New Moon Kristen Stewar and Taylor Lautner were interviewed on the Late Show with Conan and here are there signatures on Conan’s wall….

Now being a non-US person…what is the grape comments about because I never saw this
