LOVE! I've seen the Alice and Jasper one on DeviantArt, but not the other ones (cause I only searched for Alice and Jasper fanart ^^). She (he? ^^") is one of the best artists I've seen, at least those who make Twilight fanart.

Well, more than likely, they have a tablet, and photoshop.

They use the tablet to draw like they would on paper, and use the program to add digital effects to their hand drawing.
NOT done with a mouse.

I wish this person did the drawings of the twilight graphic novel NOW that is how they should basically look the drawings are nice in the graphic novel but they don't look like E&B or jacob
