I read it in Heat magazine, so you should probably be wary. Anyways, THEY said that Rob's agents were trying to move him out of the Scruffy Idol that us teens adored so much, and turn him into a serious, ADULT persona that PEOPLE could take seriously. So that means; NO sex hair, NO guitar-playing in unknown bars, NO scruffy clothes etc.
They basically want to give him a make-over.
But this is all according to Heat Magazine.
