I just thought I’d share these photos with you, my name is Emma from Australia and I won a competition to the premiere of New Moon in LA back in November. I took my good friend Kathryn (who is also a huge Twilight fan) and we got to go to the after-party and managed to get some awesome pics with some of the cast. I couldn’t get over how lovely and down-to-earth they all were and very willing to have fan pics with us! Nikki Reid and Anna Kendrick were especially lovely, spending the time to talk to us and answer our questions (which I’m sure they have heard thousands of times before!).
 
We got to meet more of the cast in the actual movie theatre, including Robert Pattinson *swoon* who was just as gorgeous in person as he looks on camera. It was honesty the best night of my life and it still feels like a dream but I’m so glad I got the opportunity and also got to meet so many other Twilight fans that will be friends for life.

Congratulations Emma!!  Lucky lady! That is amazing.  Great pictures!  I just love our Twilight cast.

Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Anna Kendrick all took part in the Hope for Haiti Now Telethon Friday night.  Rob, who appeared from London, shared a story of a young girl in Haiti who was buried under the flattened university for nearly 6 days.  Taylor and Anna did their part by answering phones and taking donations from viewers. 

Rob’s speech:

“Underneath a flattened university, Maxine Fallon waited. She was crouched in a fetal position and could barely move. In the darkness and during the hectic sounds of the day, through the pain, the hunger and thrist, she prayed that someone would find her. And on the sixth day her prayers were answered, she was found because of a text message from the rubble sent rescuers to her side. Unlike any other event in history, our world has been connected to this tragedy because of technology. Twitter updates, Facebook pages with pictures of the missing and text messages for help. This technology is working right now to connect us, too. At hopeforhaitinow.org, you can donate and you can instantly interact with people in Haiti and anywhere in the globe. Peter was supporting his television series Nurse Jackie and Anna was there for her new film Up in the Air.

Anna Kendrick looked stunning in a aule Ka tiered strapless organza cocktail dress as she attended the National Board of Review of Motion Pictures Awards.

New Moon human Anna Kendrick (aka Jessica Stanley) is on the cover of the newest edition of Entertainment Weekly promoting her new flick Up in the Air.

In the latest issue of EW, Anna’s co-star George Clooney has a piece of advice for Anna when it comes to campaigning for an Academy Award -

EW asked him what Farmiga and Kendrick need to do to campaign effectively. “Kiss a lot of babies,” says Clooney. “I’m enjoying watching people talk about Vera and discovering Anna. I’ve been in good movies that were not successful. Out of Sight bombed, Three Kings really didn’t do well. O Brother, Where Art Thou? did okay, not great. The problem is that if they don’t [perform at the box office], then it really is going to be just Transformers. I’m not making any judgment on Transformers, I’m just saying [Hollywood will only make] those tentpoles.”

Great things seem to be happening to Anna! And we are all very proud of her!

Billy Burke (aka Charlie Swan) and Anna Kendrick (aka Jessica Stanley) were both on GMTV recently.   Billy was in London for the holidays with his family and to promote New Moon.   Anna was promoting her new film Up In The Air. 

Anna jokes that George Clooney was just jealous of her in New Moon and she would put in a good word for George in Breaking Dawn.  LOL!  

Oh Billy, Billy, Billy.   Love him, loved the stache.

Look at little Jessica Stanley!  The Twilight Saga’sAnna Kendrick has indeed had a phenomenal year.  The actress has been receiving rave reviews for her work in upcoming film, Up in the air  starring George Clooney.  Check out Anna on Jay Leno.
