TwiFans.com spotted this wig at a costume store. The Halloween wig (and person pictured) seems to look like they are trying to copy someone? Maybe someone with a certain pea coat? Edward Cullen, no?

Except the person in THAT pic looks like a girl, and those eyebrows are WAY too sculpted!
[Thanks to everyone who sent this in!]

Police in Forks WA have been busy, which is probably something the are not really accustomed to! Due to the buzz surrounding New Moon, the 2nd installment of the Twilight Saga, being released in November – fans are speeding their way to Forks (or around Forks) literally -
Police in the little town are noticing that fans are cruising
for a wallet bruising during their visits by purposefully trying to get a ticket!
“The last 16 tickets I gave out were to Twilight fans,” says Field Deputy Bill Cortani of the county sheriff’s office. “And they were actually loving the experience. Normally people are not happy about the experience. But some Twilight fans feel this is all part of the Twilight experience.”
“It’s strange, but I do have people wanting to get speeding tickets from the Forks police department,” he says. Some have gone to even greater lengths for that small piece of paper: “I’ve had people flash me to get an indecent exposure ticket.” So far, “it’s only been women.”
LMAO.

For those of you who are not familiar with True Blood. It is an HBO orginial series (geared towards and adult audience due to nudity and graphic material) based on the Charlaine Harris Novels – The Southern Vampire Mysteries aka Sookie Stackhouse series.
This past Sunday their season 2 finale aired on HBO. I am a fan of True Blood and did indeed watch it. I did see “Bella’s” truck (or what appeared to be her truck) flash by on the screen. My friend pointed it out, and I didn’t think of it again until a NewMoonMovie.org reader sent it in a screen shot! Sure enough, it looks just like it! Too funny!
[Thanks, Christine!]

The tabloids are circling like sharks at the nonexistent blood of any sort of factoid about a hook-up between New Moon stars Robert Pattison and Kristen Stewart, and now they continue to resort to just making things up–even pictures!
Check out this cover of the Australian mag Famous to see their total lie of a photo manipulation that NMM.org reader Emily was kind enough to track down and send in.
All I can think of when I see this pic now is Rob saying “hey Kristen I wanna tug on your ass like a car door!”

A maze has sprung up in the corn fields of Utah for daring adventures that want to solve a labyrinth in the shape of Jacob Black’s face–
Although the movie doesn’t arrive in theaters until Nov. 20, this 24-acre corn maze opens Sept. 24 and continues through Oct. 31.
Aerial photos show that two separate “Twilight”-themed maze patterns at Black Island Farms, 3178 S. 3000 West, have already been cut into the corn — a “Team Jacob” and a “Team Edward.” (In the movie, Bella can choose Edward or Jacob as her boyfriend.)
The lettering “New moon 11-20-09″ is also a part of the maze.
‘Twilight’ fans can get happily get lost in corn

Warning: There is harsh adult language in the video below!
Clerks director Kevin Smith talked about the New Moon clips shown at Comic-Con during his panel, and he explains why Twilight fans are the future of fandom, and why that’s a good thing.
Though it’s obvious his fans don’t seem to care for New Moon, Kevin obviously has respect for the Twilight series. His descriptions of the scenes are priceless!

Ok, things are about to get all M.C. Escher up in here–above is a video reaction to a video reaction a fan made watching the New Moon trailer.
Let me make that more clear: that’s you watching a video of guys watching a video of a girl watching a video. The only thing that could complete this unholy circle is if the original gal makes a reaction vid to the guys watching her.
Warning: Some harsh language, but at least one of the guys is kinda cute. I’ll let you figure out which one I picked.
