MTV.com scored a very insightful interview with the hunky beefcake, Kellan Lutz.  Kellan breaks down his take on the 3 films, and the different styles of the directors -

MTV: What do you see as the biggest difference between the tales in the “Twilight” saga?

Kellan Lutz: What’s the biggest difference? That’s an interesting question. Because the books are already about different subjects. Stephenie [Meyer] wrote them with the Romeo and Juliet aspect, and then, each one has a different persona. It’s a really cool concept. But as far as the directors go, each director is different. Catherine [Hardwicke] was very energetic, and she made this beautiful movie. Chris [Weitz] had this really cool, really laid-back [vibe], but has a great sense of how to do CGI and how to make these wolves look real and bigger than life versus just some computerized image. Then David Slade, with his action background and his indie style, just mixed the two. The movies are going to be unique in their own aspects, and that’s what’s really interesting — it’s not the same director doing each one. We, as actors, got to see different styles of [directing]. So it doesn’t feel old, ever.

It could be the little kid across the street directing and it still wouldn’t get old for me! Kellan also dishes on how his favs are the Volturi and that he actually auditioned for the role of Edward.

Kellan Lutz , Ashley greene, Elizabeth Reaser and Nikki Reed of the New Moon cast have a new interview with MTV where they reveal what they keep in their cast trailers while they are filming. Some of the items may seem a little….odd but mostly it sounds like stuff that makes them feel at home.

Juiciest bit? Nikki and Elizabeth and their cashew battle!

The cast of the Twilight Saga has a lot of downtime between takes, and MTV interviews Elizabeth Reaser, Kellan Lutz, Jackson Rathbone and others to get their word on what they like to do to pass the time while filming in Vancouver.

The adorable Kellan Luz says he loves playing board games, proclaiming: “Hasbro, I love you!”

It makes me happy to see Twi cast as BFF’s! Love them!

Aww sookie sookie now…Who would’ve thought our “monkey man” would be a little dog lover! In this too cute for words article,  Kellan  speaks wholeheartedly about meeting his beloved dog Kola, for the first time at the shelter:

“She looked me in the eyes, bowed and slowly and softly licked my open hand. As I pet this beautiful dog I realized how soft her multi-colored coat was, and felt her desperation for a real home. Our connection was so strong that it was like fate bringing us together. I knew she was the one.”

Someone pass me a tissue quick! I don’t know what Carlisle is teaching them Cullen boys, but he needs to teach “how to court a girl 101″ I could get used to hearing stuff like this! Kellan Lutz recently gave an interview to TwilightParentsExaminer where he talked about fans, staying in shape, dealing with the paparazzi plus much much more!

On the paparazzi:

Everyone’s so loving and supporting- there’s no haters. There’s so many Twilight fans that have given me presents- gummy bears or chew toys for my dog. It’s so humbling; people wanting to have a picture with me or wanting me to sign something. It’s so endearing.

But when we’re here working 12, 14, 16 hour days, on our off days we just want to be a normal human being and go get a bite to eat or go play pool and be normal. We just want to get out of our hotel rooms or apartments, but we can’t, and that’s a tough thing. And we don’t always want to have to look our best. I just love dressing comfy to go out, but we can’t because there’s always photographers there.

The other day I was working out at the gym. Photographers were shooting from across the street through the windows of the gym to me working out. I couldn’t just work out and blow off some steam. So where does the privacy start and the publicity end? When is it enough?

On Rob and the paparazzi:

There’s no way I could be doing what I do now if I were Edward. Its such hard shoes to fill compared to the fans who fell in love with Bella and Edward in the book series because they ARE the book in a way, and then you add in Jacob. For every million fans we have, they have 10 times. It’s just a different world. And like hanging out with Rob, it’s tough to see what he has to go through. It’s really tough for him because you can’t put a price on your life, your freedom, your happiness, and it’s gonna go on for a couple of years. It’s tough when you can’t even leave your hotel room to go get a coffee.
