Malicious Mandy has another detailed (and awesome!) report of Peter Facinelli’s Q&A session during the Seattle Twilight Convention -
Directors set the tone of the movie so all 3 movies so far had a different tone or energy. Catherine was passionate, energetic, excited, like she had drank 5 cans of red bull all the time. Chris was like Carlisle, calm and then he started wearing scarves, “stealing my character” Peter joked. Eclipse is his favorite book so it was exciting to work on with David Slade.
A young girl named Mimi had submitted the next question and was shy, so Peter invited her up on stage. Her question was “would he rather be a vampire or a werewolf” he said a vampire and asked her what she would be and she said a werewolf. He joked that he’d outlive her and she would smell bad.
His favorite scene in Twilight was the baseball scene because he grew up playing baseball and liked that it showed the vampires capabilities. In New moon he liked the stitching scene. He explained how he used to practice stitchine chicken breasts and he was worried if anyone saw his fridge of sewn up chickens they’d think he was psycho or a serial killer. He brought one to set and said “Hey Kristen, check out my chicken” feeling very proud and Kristen jokingly said “Nah, I’d never let you stitch me up.” In Eclipse his fave scene is all the battle stuff. Lot’s of action, hard training, going to the gym, fight trainers and an unspoken competition on set. He explains a day where he worked extra hard with fight training and yoga and the gym and he was in the elevator feeling great and the doors opened and there was Kellan doing push ups – while he waited for the elevator… and he said “ok you beat me”
Ashley Greene (aka Alice Cullen), Kellan Lutz (Emmett Cullen), Peter Facinelli (aka Dr. Carlisle Cullen), Edi Gathegi (aka Laurent), Christian Serratos (aka Angela Weber) and Bryce Dallas Howard (aka Victoria/Eclipse) were all at the InStyle & Warner Bros. Golden Globes after party.
They all look great!! I love seeing them all together. Check out all the pictures here!
Peter Facinelli filmed a pitch trailer a couple of months ago for The Delivery (the first in a planned trilogy) with Dave Stewart and dicussed plans for the project.
Said Facinelli, “We just had a finished script, and I brought the project to Dave Stewart. He’s a friend of mine, and he loved it.”
Today, Facinelli launched the film’s first official website and included the pitch trailer for the project.
“We shot a 3-D pitch trailer, so we’re hoping to do [the film] in 3-D. We shot some footage … we basically put together a little scene from the movie … and now we’re just gearing up to go out to studios with it and try to get studio backing and make the picture. So, we don’t have a director set, or a studio attached,” he revealed in September.
Please note this trailer is R-rated and does contain some strong language
Please click after the break if you are old enough to watch this.
E! Online recently asked their readers to vote for the top tweeter of 2009. The list included Ashton Kutcher, John Mayer and Taylor Swift. Guess who is #1?
PETER FACINELLI!!!! Dr Carlisle Cullen!! Daddy C!! PFach!!
Peter Facinelli (aka Carlisle Cullen) talked with Boston’s Fox 25 News about New Moon and that it’s not just for teenage girls.
That’s right! It’s not just for teenage girls!
I laughed that his brother in law didn’t want to go see New Moon and took his IPod with him. LOL! But he did like it! See guys, go see New Moon with your woman!! *glares at husband*
The world became a little less brighter yesterday when we learned sadly that actress Brittany Murphy passed away at the young age of 32. For those of you who may not know who she is, she starred in various movies such as: Clueless, 8 Mile, Just Married (one of my all time fav movies), Riding in Cars With Boys, Up Town Girls, the list goes on!
Various Twilight Saga stars spoke out about the sudden death of Brittany via twitter -
New Moon-er Dakota Fanning (aka Jane) also spoke out about her Uptown Girls fellow cast member’s death -
My thoughts go out to her family & friends. I am just very grateful that I had the chance to work with her.
I truly thought Brittany was a great actress and enjoyed every movie she was ever in. Such sad news! The cause if death has yet to be determined. Various theories are out there via Gossip Rags. However, I choose not to believe anything until the Coroner’s office makes their official statement.
Today the world lost a little piece of sunshine ~ Ashton Kutcher
RIP Brittany Murphy – November 10, 1977 – December 20th, 2009.
MTV talked with Peter Facinelli last Friday at the Z100 Jingle Bell Ball. Peter talked a little about Breaking Dawn and ‘breaking’ into 2 parts. Still no word on Breaking Dawn.
Love Peter!!
I really don’t know how they would do the birth scene for Breaking Dawn. Thoughts?
Peter Facinelli (aka Carlisle Cullen) attended the 2009 Z100 Jingle Bell Ball Friday night at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The Z100 Jingle Bell Ball is the official charity partner for the Food Bank of New York City, which works to end food poverty throughout the five boroughs through its citywide network of approximately 1,000 food assistance programs.
Great charity! Love Peter!
I wonder if Daddy C will catch Taylor Lautner tonight on Saturday Night Live!
