What is New Moon?
New Moon is a movie based on the book of the same name. The book is the second installment of the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. The book was originally published September 6, 2006.

Who will be directing New Moon?
Chris Weitz, director of About a Boy and The Golden Compass, is the director. He has replaced the director of the previous installment of the Twilight series, Catherine Hardwicke.

What is New Moon about?

Why is it called New Moon?
According to author Stephenie Meyer, “The term “new moon” refers to the phase of the moon opposite a full moon. It is when the sun is on the opposite side of the moon from us and thus the bright side of the moon is not visible from earth. This is the darkest kind of night. New Moon is the darkest period of Bella’s life.”

    Mmhuh, and the cullen house is meant to be like a mansion, big and white - but in the film its simply veryy modern, not a mansion and not white!! Also, taylor makes and alright jacob - but hes too cutsey - he has a real baby face, so as someone said, it gets really awkward at times... But how, is he goin to portray the meaner, more bitter jacob later on, when he becomes spiteful bcos bella didnt choose him?? And they did not play in the mud when they wer littl as the film says - she played with his older sisters!! I totaally agree that twilight should have included bloodtyping -- i loved that bit,,

    its supposed to be a large white mansion. think southern plantation! twilight should have included the pizza and the blood thyping. it made me sad that those were not included. also, why was bella half freaking naked in the kissing scene??? what happened to the holey sweats?

    oh my god! mine to! i dont know why they did the field trip instead of the bloodtyping. that shows how much edward stats to develope feelings( when he carrys her to the nursis office) awww. to cute c\to cute

    I am neutral on the recast of Jacob. I see both sides. No one likes change and Taylor did an awesome job. However, in new moon when bella sees him for the first time he is 6'1" and looking much older than 16 so I can also see the need for a recast. If a recast is necessary I'm putting my dibs in on Sam Bradford quarterback for OU. He just won the Hesiman-he's gorgeous & He's native american and quite possible act better than some of the contenders.

    I was in the bookstore today and saw that true blood is based on a book, i didn't know that and i want to say that i think that stephenie meyer got the idea for twilight from the book series that true blood is based on. i just watched an episode of true blood and it has a mention of an imprint, and the character that says this is a shape shifter. sound familiar?? so i did some very quick research on wikipedia about the author - charlaine harris - and she has written one book a year since the series first debuted in 2001!!
    i then did some quick research on stephenie meyer also on wiki and it has this to say about twilight "Meyer says that the idea for Twilight came to her in a DREAM on June 2, 2003. The dream was about a human girl, and a vampire who was in love with her but thirsted for her blood. Based on this DREAM, Meyer wrote the transcript of what is now Chapter 13 of the book. Despite having VERY little writing experience, in a matter of three months she had transformed that vivid dream into a completed novel." Well surprise surprise! The book series that true blood is based on is about a human girl and a vampire who is in love with her and thirsts for her blood! Now, in True Blood the main female character can read minds but not that of her love interest who is the vampire and whose mind is closed to her! Stephenie changed this to Edward, the vampire, being able to read minds but not that of his HUMAN love interest, this would be Bella, as her mind is somehow closed to him! is it not entirely possible that steph read the first couple of books in the series and then dreamt about them thus coming up with the idea for the twilight series?! i know that i have dreamt about books/characters after i have gone to sleep after reading them and i'm sure i'm not the only one. the name of the series that true blood is based on is "the southern vampire mysteries" if any of you don't believe me, and i'm sure that this will probably start alot of verbal bashing, why not check out charlaine harris and also steph meyer on wiki and make up your own minds....

    I have read both book series and one couldn't be any more different then the other. Bella isn't Telepathic and Sookie is in CH's Sookie Stackhouse series. Bella is a teen; Sookie is in her mid-20's. Sookie is involved in the Vamp world in a much more public way and nothing like Bella and Edward. There are tons of ways these two story lines are different. Instead of basing your opinions on those of other sources I suggest you read the books. Stephanie Meyer no more stole the idea from Charlaine Harris then CH stole the idea from Bram Stoker or Ann Rice. Vampires have been around forever and there will be a million more variations on it. While I love both series of books... I don't think either of these women invented the wheel here.

    Well, wikipedia is not always the most reliable source. My friends have changed true information to make it false and it's lasted on that site.

    Plus, I have heard of a few other series about vampires falling in love with humans, and though they have some similarities, I think if Stephenie Meyer had plagiarized another author's idea, we would have heard about it in the news (being that Twilight is such a hit). I'm sure if the author that wrote the series you are describing had thought Stephenie stole her idea, she would have sued, or something along that line.

    I've read both The Southern Vampire Mysteries and the Twilight series.....I love them both! True there are similarites but I don't think that Stephanie Meyers copied it. There are similarities in a lot of vampire stories. I think her work was original. Even if some of the concepts were used I think she did a fabulous job of making it her very own story. I think a lot of people would agree. Anyway, in the Charlaine Harris books Sookie can't read any vampire mind not just Bill's (her love interest). If you haven't already, you should read The Souther Vampire Mysteries, they are great books!

  • OK, first off, the whole imprint thing has nothing to do with werewolves, and nothing to do with teenagers. Also I am a big fan of both and ive read all of the books, you need to do some research on this thing youre talking about here. this is law youre dealing with. and also, what about the volturi- twilight, synthetic japanese blood- true blood, south- true blood, north- true blood, love triangle-p twilight, and transvestites- true blood, see the difference, yeah.

    This was posted forever ago(I just had to say something because the Sookie Stackhouse series is my favorite)... but I read somewhere that Stephenie Meyer said she has never read vampire books.

    But I can totally see where you're coming from; I thought the same too.
    But The Sookie Stackhouse series is a thousand times different than Twilight. The entire world knows about these vampires. Some of the vampires drink Japanese synthetic blood. Sookie is a 20-some year old telepath that works at a bar and her boss is a shape-shifter(he can turn into any animal). She goes out with this vampire named Bill for a while, and then starts going out with a 1,000 year old Viking vampire. She also is invloved with a weretiger for a little bit. Sookie has fairy blood, and has a fairy godmother named Claudine. She has a roommate named Amelia that is a witch. Her brother is part werepanther after being bitten by a full-blooded one. Her grandmother was brutally murdered by a vampire hater because he was trying to get to Sookie and she was in the way. There is also a church called Fellowship of the Sun that consists of vampire haters. They have kingdoms and queendoms. Oh, and quite graphic sex scenes.
    Shall I continue on the differences?

    ok...i know i am responding to a very old post...but Sam Bradford?? I am from Oklahoma & I am huge OU sooner fan...but really?? you think Sam could be Taylor's brother...they look nothing alike...& I am not sure Sam could even act!! Maybe if the role called for an extremely shy & modest quarterback....no...i am happy Taylor will continue to be our Jacob...no one could even compare... & no one could do as good a job!! :) :)

    Sam would make an excellent recast of Jacob. He looks like he could be Taylor's brother. However, after seeing the interview with Taylor and watching him reveal his new assetts...he easily fills the bill.
    They can do so many things to make Taylor seem taller, too. And it's not like a little variation from the book won't be seen in other parts of the movie. So maybe the theatrical Jacob will be 5"11...you know Edward didn't reveal himself to Bella on a hill in the Twilight BOOK, as the movie had it played out.
    Taylor is the perfect Jacob and I'm glad he will be reprising his role!!

  • i disagree.. look at Silvester Stallone.. he's like 5'6 and look at him in the Rocky movies... he looks HUGE!!! they'll be able to make Jacob look HUGE as well. Taylor will be an amazing Jacob throughout the rest of the installments!

    In the book Jacob does grow and evolve, but in the movie he is just muscular..he's not any taller. In the beginning they should of chosen someone else who could fit the part. Taylor never seemed the part even in Twilight...that's just my opinion.

    I think that Taylor should stay as Jacob not because of his looks, but because it wouldn't feel right without him. I would be like taking Daniel Radcliffe out of Harry Potter! I mean really, how can you change that. Everyone has gotten use to Taylor and they shouldn't change it now. I'm sure they can find some crazy angles that will make him look HUGE! It's their job to make miracles happen, isn't it?

    i wish they could find a better edward, but once the series started and a certain person is playing the part, if they change the person, then unless its part of the movie, it wont make any sense! so even if they do come across the perfect edward, unless the series their working on now is over, it would be kinda bad to change edward. but if they had finished filming breaking dawn, they could do the series again like with many other movies! i wouldn't mind!

    I think that's the beauty of movie magic...i mean, just look what they did with Hagrid in the Harry Potter movies, he was HUGE. I guarantee the actor wasn't that big in real life...I think the whole size issue with Taylor is being blown out of proportion. If they want him to be 6'1 then by golly he'll be 6'1 :) thats what computers and cgi are for

    I think that Taylor played Jacob well in twilight, because he isn't really in twilight much, and it's good because he acts as young as jacob is,
    and also people haven't even seen new moon yet, so how do you know that they aren't digitally fixing it so it makes jacob really really big!
    I think Taylor's a great actor, and he did what he needed to for the role of Jacob (he put on thirty pounds of muscle!) And he deserves to be Jacob because he's worked so hard for it.

    What I don't understand is that they should have been aware of "Jacob's" growing spurt... so perhaps they should have hired a different actor from the get go? It's alot more easier to make a taller person seem shorter, than a shorter person seem taller. All about the angles!

    ok NO ONE is going to change that much in less than a year Taylor has done a damn good job. he looked a lot different in Twilight then he does now. the tallness thing is not even really that important even though im sure they will make him taller seriously......Taylor is the best Jacob.
  • as strange as it sounds, i was thinking maybe taylor for the beginning of the movie, still young and short-ish, then a new, older actor for the end. he's probably have to look a lot like taylor, but it's a good way to go in my opinion.

The majority of Twilight viewers are teenage girls who are totally in love with Edward and Jacob. They don't care if the movie follows the book exactly. They just care that they get one good close-up of Taylor Lautner's abs, okay? So there would most likely be LESS moviegoers if they took the totally gorgeous Taylor Lautner out of a movie the Robert Pattinson would barely be in. So I totally agree with Katie, and so would half of america's teenage girls!

    Actually, your wrong. If you read the websites and polls/surveys the MAJORITY of the fans are actually older than you think. In fact there was a recent article about how many of the fans are over 30! I think the common misconception lies in that the young girls have no life and as such they can spend an endless amount of time on websites, events, etc.... ALL the participants: Stephenie Meyer, Rob Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and the directors have said how important it is to the fans that they stay as close to the book as possible. Also, if you look at any of the information out there it continuously says that Edward will be in the movie A LOT more than expected. So, before you start trying to correct/admonish someone else, you may want to have your facts straight.

    The most important thing is that the movie is really close to the book... I even hope they won't overdo it and put too much Edward in it for the sake of rob obsessed fans..

    Actually, most viewers said Twilight sucked cuz it didn't go along with the book. I mean what is the point in making a movie from a book when it doesn't follow the book at all? I think rob and Kristen need to add more emotion to their voice. It totally ruins the movie when they don't, especially when the only emotion you are getting is them raising their eyebrows.

    You know, Stephenie Meyer said (at the beginning of Twilight filming), that as she was writing Twilight and New Moon, and so on, that she pictured Steven Strait as Jacob. But when they started filming he was too old to portray a fifteen year old, and so they couldn't use him.

    im wondering how they are going to portray jessica properly.....in the movie they show as as being this really great girl friend ...when in actuality she didnt care for bella very much and was very fake.....how they are going to show her acting bitchy now without showing how she originally should have been is beyond me.....they left out ALOT of impt stuff in the movie.

    I thought the same thing...especially at the end of the book when he tells her that he would be there as long as she needed him...I thought that that was a springboard for the conversation in the forest, and how he rationalizes leaving her. I also wish that they would have added Alice's storyline in the end with James, and I think it was important to have the part about Aro, Caius, and Marcus in there to introduce them. Then they add in a lot of scenes that weren't needed, like Bella and Charlie in the kitchen when he was talking about Phil. I personally would have loved to see the whole blood typing thing from biology class. But the one thing I thought the movie did better than the book was to cut out Bella telling Edward about her vampire theory in the car and did it all in the meadow. I thought that was more climactic. All in all I liked the movie but I agree that some important parts were missing that sort of left holes in the story for later.

    They REALLY should have done the blood typing in the bio. class. It was a great part in the book. It was so ironic too. As a human faints at the sight of blood and then gets turned vamp? Really wished they would have put that in there

    I believe they also should have put more detail into the time Bella spent in the hotel with Alice and Jasper. She and Alice were supposed to get very close during that time, and I found it bothersome that they just skimmed right over it.

    I think the Volturi cast needs to be at least a little older and more "wise" looking. If you've read the series, you know what I mean.
    Plus I really hate that Kristen Stewart is Bella. She doesn't portray her at all, and have you heard her voice! Talk about husky!
    They also need a new screenwriter. I can tell New Moon is going to suck cuz they have the same screenwriter as Twilight. They have enough money in their budget to hire a real one. Come on.

    I just finished reading the third book in the series and watched the dvd of twilight and was VERY disappointed with the screen play. None of the important parts, such as the passion between Edward and Bella were in the movie. I sure hope that the director has read the second book in order to correct all the missing stuff in the next movie.

    You CAN be a major fan, and still prefer taylor to be changed..

    I myself didnt like the way he portraied jake.. Expecially when he gets her the car, and they sit in the car for the first time.. that was akward.

    And getting on 10 lbs with muscles is not going to make him lok 25! :/

    I would like too see somebody who looks older in new moon as jacob.. But as long as he gets jake emotionally i wouldnt care..

    Hope he does better in new moon ^^

    I don't get why everyone wants Jacob to look older in New Moon. Let's not forget that he is younger than Bella in the books, so there is a limit to how old he can look, especially since Kristen Stewart looks so young in a lot of her pictures anyway.

    Hmm, Im thinking that your more of a fan of Taylor, and not of the books, that's just my guess. Because, like everyone said, Jake needs to grow, and that would totally put a blemish on the movie if it was the same person. I would rather have a good remake of the book, being as close to the movie, then keeping an okay actor because he's cute. But I hope that he looks like Taylor, cause that would just be annoying lol.

    I cannot agree with you more. A true fan of the books does not need to show their allegiance to the series by watching a movie. The point of the book is to create a place in your own head that you can escape to, so that you can project the characters in a light that you enjoy. The best characters are conjured up in our own heads. No real actor can portray a character perfectly. To me all the little girls and obsessed mothers who are getting butt hurt about an actor being replaced are sad individuals with way too much time on their hands. Personally the parents of the seven year old girls who are allowed to stand in the freezing cold all night, just for a glimpse of an actor who will in a few years be forgotten, are irresponsible. An actor is just another person, granted they are gorgeous, but they are still just people. It is a great series and the movie was alright, ya it was worth watching, but come on all this hype over who is going to be in the second movie is a little more than obsessive. It's kind of sad.

    I totally agree! I have my opinions about the both the movies (the first one sucked, the second will be good). but that is all. We are lucky there are even movies out there... stop complaining, and just go see the movie or don't... because you know that no matter what they do with the movies you are going to go see them anyway... don't even lie to yourself, because you know you will go see it no matter what.

    and coincidentally, my last name actually is Cullen! it would be really wierd if I lived in washington, but I live on the opposite side of the country in Florida! And I love the series, and I think the movies are ok, but will never capture the essence of the movie in my head while I am reading it.

    I am neutral on the recast of Jacob. I see both sides. No one likes change and Taylor did an awesome job. However, in new moon when bella sees him for the first time he is 6'1" and looking much older than 16 so I can also see the need for a recast. If a recast is necessary I'm putting my dibs in on Sam Bradford quarterback for OU. He just won the Hesiman-he's gorgeous & He's native american and quite possible act better than some of the contenders.

    Thou I personally am glad that Taylor will be playing Jacob again, many of the arguments here are null and void, and speaking of being a rtue fan, maybe a few of you should read through "New Moon" again. Irregardless of who ended up playing Jacob, there will have to be some camera triickery in the film. Granted he has grown quite a bit the first time "Bella" sees "Jacob" in "New Moon" he continues to grow throughout the movie, quite rapidly at that, so unless they went with 5 different men that look alike but at different heights and muscluar development, it would not be exactally true to the book. Movies have to change the book to make it work, that's just the way it is.

He is her security when Edward leaves, and he is just as much in love with her as Edward.     Catherine, in my opinion, did a horrible job. Granted, adaptations must be made from book to movie, but inserting parts that never happened? No. If she stuck with the story line the need for those added scenes wouldn't be necessary at all.

    After seeing The Golden Compass twice and absolutely loving it, and finding out that Chris Weitz is the director for both The Golden Compass and soon to be New Moon, I can instantly tell the movie will be much better than Catherine's horrible reenactment of Twilight.

    My opinion- Catherine Hardwick needs to stick to her "I'm going to cut myself and do drugs" teen movies. Chris Weitz, rock on for New Moon. Taylor Lautner met the requirements and his agreement to gain 30 pounds, so we as fans of the books and movies need to be patient. Stephenie Meyer needs to finish Midnight Sun so it can be a movie and we can have another better version of Twilight to look at because the original is horrible.

    Chris Weitz has problems!!!! The Golden Compass was a horrible, indespicable, unreasonable movie that was against God! Anyone with good sense knows that God is almighty, and you can't kill Him! I really have an issue with Chris Weitz, and I'm still deciding on whether or not to go and see New Moon, but I guess a good fan would go and support New Moon whether or not the director is completely out of his mind.

    I agree.... Catherine did a horrible job. I understand some changes have to be made for the time allowed, but she really Sucked making it work. Too much was left out I'm hoping Weitz will be able to fix it (crossing my fingers).... It's like she didn't even really read the book..... per say...... or at least she didn't understand it much. LIke even leaving out both the lines about it being Twilight.... like that just seemed like somthing you would obviously put in there. BUT thats just a small little thing compared to all the rest that she messed up.... and she very strange... I watch it with the commentary today and it's like she's creepily in love with Rob.... but not in a good normal way. She just bugs me.

    Rob made me a little irritated too.... I think he will do better in New Moon.... but just the way he was talking it seemed like he didn't have a good grasp on his role... which showed to me. And that he wasn't really into it very much.... which bugs me.

    The Sparkle seen wasn't the best.... but I get that.... It can't be easy to make that look natural.. I think it was ok considering the budget.

    I'm sooooooooooooooooo glad New Moon will have a bigger budget and a new directer..... I can't wait to see what they do...... cause honestly it really can't be worse than Twilight.

    P.S. Real Fans Perfer the BOOK! yeah I'm going to get crap for that one.... but it's true.

    i kinda agree with you..i still loved the movie because it KIND OF brought the book to life and duh it has robert frickin pattinson in it but it felt waaaaay to rushed!! the meadow scene is what really pissed me off that should have been A LOT longer since it was the basis of the book and its where bella and edwards relationship started but ah well it cant be easy to turn a gah i dont know how many page book into an hour and half movie especially with the budget they had! but still overall i loved it! but true true love the books sooooo much more!! if only it would have pictures of robert:]

    You all are deviating from the orginal post here. Okay so I agree that the direction of Twilight was pretty far off (in some parts) from the book. BUT Catherine did NOT write the screen play. Mellissa Rosenberg wrote the screen play. AND the biggest part that was left out.... The most important part left out... The BloodTyping scene. Bella smells the blood. Something normal humans aren't supposed to be able to do. This is a very big part of Bella's uniqueness that was left out. I was really sad to see it left out of the movie. BUT that's its a movie and they HAVE to change some things. I have only seen a few movies that kept true to the book. "The Last Templar" was made into a mini-series and it was line for line. But it was also 4 hours. Now if they have made Twilight into a Mini Series there is no doubt in my mind that it would have had a smaller fan base. Someone told me it should have been a TV series. I totally disagree. It would have become so watered down that you would lose the story. It should have been a longer movie with more detail. I know I would have sat 3-4 hours watching it unfold. And as far as changing who plays Jacob. We now know that Taylor Lautner will still play Jacob. As a lover of the books I think there is nothing else that can be done to change this. The was the book is written there is no way to cast 1 actor for all 4 books as Jacob and have it ring true. like Jess said above..... You can not cast 5 identically actors for Jacob. Its just the way the book is written... For those of you who haven't read Breaking Dawn this may be a Spoiler so look away.... there are several parts of BD that will have to be CG... Reneesme for one... Unless someone can explain a better way to create that on screen charactor without CG. Anyway not everyone can have their way when it comes to how the movie turns out in the end. So I hope you all can settle for the adjustments that have to be made. And BTW I'm Team Edward... Although I still love Jacob for everything he has sacraficed for Bella. Remember in BD everything changes and they will both be a part of Bella's life forever.
    And I'm 25 My 13 year old sister in law is reading the books and I have to tell her what chapters to skip because they are not age appropriate. This is a YA novel per Stephenie Meyer.

    I completely agree with you. My favorite part in the book is the blood typing chapter. I also felt that the rest of the Cullens family was a little too left out of the movie. Especially Alice.

    Of course the movie's not going to be as good as the book, they never are, a story line that work in a book will very rarely work in a movie, you gotta change some stuff around. Chris Weitz did the same thing with The Golden Compass and it turned out to be an awesome movie.
    I thought Catherine did an excellent job in directing Twilight as was sad to here she wouldn't be directing New Moon, but was glad to here that Chris was directing.

    If SM does finish Midnight Sun, which might not happen :(, it probably will not be made into a movie because they already have made Twilight. It would be interesting to have it made into a movie, though. I wish this wasn't the only book that SM made in Edward's Point of view, because New Moon and Breaking Dawn and Eclipse would all be Awesome from that perspective. When he is gone, Bella's pregnancy, and the night with Jacob in thetent would all ve awesome, and we would get a closer look at Edward's mind reading and the wolf pack's link through each other's minds. On one hand I think Taylor Lautner is too young looking to play the new Jacob at the moment and i can see why it's being considered that he should be replaced. On the other hand I think he did a great job in twilight and was exactly how I imagined Jacob to be. And I think it'll suck if they change the actors within one character. So overall, i think Taylor Lautner should stay, but he'll need to change his look quite a bit.

I think Rob is the perfect look, but I also feel he was tad uncomfortable with his new American voice. Apparently he agreed to the role before he realized he had to overcome his strong English accent. Anyway, if you are brave enough I'd love to hear who you would have liked in that role.

    I TOTALLY agree. Neither deserves the part nor do they have the skills for such a great movie. It would ruin the movie for either to be in it. I don't care if it is five seconds, they should'nt be allowed near the script. Especially because of the large part of Leah in Breaking Dawn. It sickens me to even think that Vanessa has a chance at the part. PLEASE God NO! They would ruin it for me and every other fan out there.

    They did not have two flitwick's....Both characters were played by the same actor, they just did his make-up differently in those movies...and it was ridiculous...

Michael Gambon does an okay job, but he will never be Dumbledore the way Dumbledore should be and was with Richard. The movies are lessened by his absence and there is always a feeling that there is something missing from Dumbledore in all of Gambon's portrayals.

    I think it would be weird seeing someone else being Jacob, because Taylor IS Jacob now.. I'm not speaking in the name of a Taylor-fan, so that wouldn't make me biased (i'm more a Rob fan, he's more around my age, and better :p)
    And if his height is the only problem, it wouldn't be one thanks to our fast developing technology (that i'm surely not specialized in ^^, but i believe they could figure it out)

    By the way: it is already decided, so we should 'chillax' and enjoy (waiting of) the movie. I think it would be great!

    Aww.. I like the first dumbledore anyway (know this isnt about HP.. But had to comment :P he had a majestetic feel floathing in the air around him! Even though he didnt have that many facial expressions, he was the greatest and best x) Dumbledore is suppesed too be calm at all times anyway :) I loooved him. I actually dislike gambdon as dunbledore.. Hes just nor right! like how he covers his face when the golden cup-fire goes nuts.. The real dubledore would never do that!!!!!!

    anyways...

    Personally i didnt like how taylor acted jake out in the movie.. I thought he was kinda too serious.. And not like kiddy-like.. har to explain. Sorta liked him in the beach scene though ^^ I would have liked him to be replaced. If he was a great actor i wouldnt care less about looks.. but the case is.. he is not. And bringing lord of the rings into this.. they had a budget that is prob new moons budget multiplied with carlies age!!! They had the capasity too do great special effects.. new moon doesnt have that money,,,


    I actually saw him more as jacob in interviews than in the movie.. HAHA .. but i agree.. his personality is jacob.. minus taylors cocky attitiude ofcourse.. .

    desperatly hopes he proves us all wrong!!!! :D

    I totally agree! In the beach scene with bella, he made his voice really low, even when he laughed. I found that a bit weird, coz he is meant to be like that in new moon. (?) but I understand when people say it will be strange to change Taylor because people got to 'know' him (ish, his part wasn't THAT big) in the first film so it will be hard to get used to someone else as jacob.

    P.S I never noticed that they changed the Dumbledores. They seemed the same to me! lol

I don't care if it is five seconds, they should'nt be allowed near the script. Especially because of the large part of Leah in Breaking Dawn. It sickens me to even think that Vanessa has a chance at the part. PLEASE God NO! They would ruin it for me and every other fan out there.

    ok guys nobody has even pointed out the fact that summit KNEW what was going to happen with jacob in new moon before they cast him.. and they picked taylor.. i dont understand why, if it was this big of a deal, they would have picked him in the first place.. personally i think taylor is the perfect jacob even tho they will have to fix his look a little.. im totally stoked about new moon!
