There is a newly translated interview with Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart from Los 40 Principales Spain available to read. It’s from back in December but it has a few good moments, including–

No, I hate that. I won’t consider it until I quit acting. I’ve only played in pubs. I had never recorded anything or made money with music. Maybe just 60 euros for playing here and there. I don’t want to become a franchise like the Disney kids.

Kellan Lutz is going to Italy–but only to be a tourist while crashing with Robert Pattinson while he films exterior shots in Montepulciano. He’s also a stand up guy for Eclipse director David Slade, and said he enjoyed Slade’s early film 30 Days of Night– but was asked a couple of awkward questions about the whole silly David Slade/Twitter deal that he didn’t know anything about, which was cleared up earlier today.

Take note for those still wondering: Kellan says the Twitter accounts in his name aren’t his.

UPDATE: Added 2nd video, where Kellan say he’s headed over to Peter Facinelli’s to play poker, and addresses all the relationship rumors on the set!

Gah, these two are so cute together. Lainey has tons of Punkd pics–including a hug that is so cute I can’t even bear to post it, and some very gentlemanly door-holding–

Anyway, Taylor and Selena went out for dinner last night. Two and a half hours. Afterwards they walked back in the rain giggling, awkward but eager, not wanting the night to end.

Michael Sheen–Aro in New Moon, and Jamie Bower–Caius–have arrived in Vancouver. Lainey Gossip has the Punkd pics of the duo arriving separately during the day. Lots of new details on what they’re shooting on the Vancouver set, but no pictures–yet:

Green screen work that involves driving around in a Porsche. And the cliff diving scene. Bella wants to jump, Edward the apparition asks her not to.

Then Edward takes a phone call, gets very upset and the phone disintegrates in his hand.

And then Edward, Bella, Alice are escorted by some vampires (including Dakota Fanning) through the underground passage to meet with the others.

Also shooting the scene when they leave and Heidi brings in the victims.

After the lovefest from the David Slade post, it’s time or your daily dose of haterade. 22-year old Megan Fox thinks Robert Pattinson and Zac Efron are a waste of time, because they are in their 20’s.

“He and Zac— they’re just too pretty with the big hair and the suits. And Rob is, what, 22? Zac is 21? That’s a joke,” Megan said. “Boys in their twenties are a waste of time. They have nothing to offer conversationally; they’re immature. I feel like I have a better shot with someone in his thirties.”

As someone who has had insightful conversations with guys from age 5 to 92, I can say is with some authority that conversation is what you make of it. Maybe you’re the uninteresting one, Megan?

We can all rest easy now–there’s nothingto worry over concerning David Slade’s heart being in the right place as the director of Eclipse–he sent a personal email to Laura and Lori at the fabu Twilight Lexicon clearing everything up about some off the cuff comments he made last year–

Dear Laura and Lori

I would be grateful if you could distribute this statement to the fans of Twilight:I would like to address some statements that I made regarding Twilight.

When I made these comments, I had neither seen the film nor read the books. I was promoting a comedy short film that I had made for Xbox and every pop culture subject was seen as a possible comedy target. I was being silly and none of the statements were from the heart.

Of course, I have since seen the movie and read the books and was quickly consumed with the rich storytelling and the beautifully honest characters that Stephenie Meyer created.

I would like to reassure everyone involved that I am invested in making the best film that I am humanly capable of, and that I am acutely aware of the power of the original books we serve.

Please be rest assured this statement is absolutely from the heart.
