Sunday, May 3rd was the salute to Twilight convention. Though there’s been a lot of great footage from the event, I was particularly interested in this clip where Peter Facinelli reveals at last what he says in “that scene” where it’s difficult to make out what his character is telling Robert Pattinson’s character in the film. Twilight Treasury says–

You can watch the video yourself below, but here it is – On the first take he said ‘I’m sorry’, on the second take he said ‘ Be reborn my son’, and on the third and fourth take, he was getting bored, so said something along the lines of ‘Rob you’re so sexy!’.

Hayley Williams, from MTV Movie Award nominated Paramore–gives a heartfelt interview to MTV on the secret behind the success of Twilight. Basically: she thinks it’s the forbidden love between real people, with a twist.

I love unscripted interviews from authentic people that you can tell aren’t media trained, just being themselves. Check out dude yawning at 0:15. This reminds me of the heyday of MTV, before everything was so….glossy.

Ok, I know I’m gonna ruffle some feathers–but after seeing Kellan Lutz in this new pic from a recent fan encounter, I’m 96% sure he’s the cutest of the TwiGuys.

Or is this like the age-old civil war of Coke vs Pepsi? Does this make Taylor Latuner RC Cola? Who the heck is Shasta–or Faygo, in that matter? Did you know that Blue Nehi tastes like cream soda?

I’m so confused. Should I just accept the cornucopia of man talent and move on?

This picture of dubious origin was posted on the Twitter of (supposedly) Dakota Fanning. It’s hard to tell nowadays with so many fake ones out there. Either way, I thought the picture was great–anyone know the artist? Fairly close to what I had pictured, though the hair is a bit airbrushed–but then again, so was the wolf pack.

Summit has announced the winner of the contest to take part in the filming of New Moon. The winner is–guess what, a TwiGuy–Ky Wildermuth, and the judges have issued a special thank you to all the entries.

You can view the winning entry as well as some finalists at the film’s official website.

Finalists included Alexandra, Becky, Colby, Kristina, Leah, Melissa, Natalie, Rachel, and Tarren. Congrats to the winner and good job to everyone that entered–the videos that are up are all great!

Here are some fantastic new Punkd shots from the set of New Moon-

On Friday night, the set of New Moon in New Westminster, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson filming a scene in which Kristen goes for a joyride on a motorcycle, then sees Robert/Edward appear as an apparition.

UPDATE: Yes, it is the same mysterious plaid-shirted husky fella that we saw from VanCityAllie’s pics. My guess is stuntman/trainer. Who knows?

Stars of New Moon Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart shared some quality time out at a Vancouver club this weekend. I love this pic–is the gal dazzled or scared of the vampire? Popsugar claims–

They were out to see Gewa Project, whose frontman is an old friend of Robert’s and who have contributed to the movie soundtracks.

Err, I think they need to fact check. I’m fairly sure this is the show they were at. Playing was Sam Bradley with guests The Darcys and The Get Down, and some of the proceeds went towards a charity called the Gewa Project.
