According to Toys R Us they are now THE Twilight Saga destination!

Reuters.com reports -

Toys”R”Us announced that its stores will serve as go-to
destinations for devoted fans and curious newcomers to find the latest
Twilight Saga-inspired products.

Everything from t-shirts emblazoned with images of Edward
and Bella to movie posters can be found in dedicated boutiques in Toys”R”Us
stores nationwide and online at Toysrus.com/NewMoon

In an official statement from Toys R Us they state -

At Toys”R”Us, we’re committed to providing kids – and kids at heart – with
the products they crave most. In anticipation of the upcoming theatrical debut
of The Twilight Saga: New Moon, we’re offering customers a wide assortment of
Twilight Saga merchandise in special, dedicated shops,” said Karen Dodge,
Chief Merchandising Officer, Toys”R”Us, U.S. “We are proud to bring one of
the defining properties of the year to our stores with terrific products,
including many items that can only be found at Toys”R”Us, and we expect
reactions to be ‘other-worldly.

I actually just seen this one last night on TV! I totally warned my husband, that he should expect me to stop everything I am doing if a New Moon TV spot is on, and I may or may not hold my breath for 30 seconds

New Moon’s evil Volturi leader Jaime Campbell Bower (aka Caius) will be in the AMC mini-series The Prisoner.

Synopsis (via  JustJaredJr) -

A man, known as “Six” (Caviezel), finds himself inexplicably trapped in “The Village” with no memory of how he arrived. As he explores his environment, he discovers that his fellow inhabitants are identified by number instead of name, have no memory of any prior existence, and are under constant surveillance. Not knowing whom to trust, Six is driven by the need to discover the truth behind The Village, the reason for his being there, and most importantly — how he can escape.

The Prisoner premieres THIS Sunday, November 15 @ 8PM ET/PT on AMC

Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner posed for the cameras at photo call promoting New Moon in Mexico City earlier today.  Kristen and Taylor will be back in Los Angeles this weekend for the New Moon press day along with Robert Pattinson and other cast members.  

Strike a pose Taylor and Kristen!  I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of seeing Taylor in leather.   We want leather pants next time!

We are on chapter 8 of our countdown that means 17 more days until the release of New Moon.  Join us by reading a chapter a day together.  So in order to help pass the time while we wait for New Moon to be released, I will continue to post a thread everyday for each chapter in the book, counting down the days until the official release of the film on November 20th.

Chapter 8: Adrenaline

“The motorcycle was better than I’d dreamed.  It had served it’s purpose.  I’d cheated-broken my promise.  I’d been needlessly reckless.  I felt a little less pathetic now that the promises had been broken on both sides.”

Ahhh the bike chapter! I love how much detail Stephenie Meyer has given us, when it comes to breaks, the clutch & throttle of the bikes, not to mention the very detailed account of Bella’s emotions as she prepares for her first official ride.

Here are some of my favorite highlights from this chapter:

• Jacob shirtless in Bella’s truck on the way to the ER, ok ok there you guys happy now? I admit it, I would like to see this part in the movie(shh don’t tell Edward!)
• Quote from pg. 192 “Jacob really did look older than sixteen-not quite forty, but maybe older than me.  Quil didn’t have too much on him in the muscles department, for all that Jacob claimed to be a skeleton.  The muscles were the long wiry kind, but they were definitely there under the smooth skin.  His skin was  such a pretty  color, it made me jealous.  Jacob notice my scrutiny. “What?” He asked, suddenly self-conscious.“Nothing. I just hadn’t realized before.  Did you know, you’re sort of beautiful?”  Once the words slipped out, I worried that he might take my impulsive observation the wrong way.  But Jacob rolled his eyes.  “You hit your head pretty hard, didn’t you.”  “I’m serious.”   “Well, then, thanks.  Sort of.”  I grinned.  “Your sort of welcome.”     What in the world? Who taught Bella how to flirt? lol
• Jacob & Bella go on their hiking trip to find “The Meadow”, I personally thought they were going to be attacked by some ravenous newborns, or bears & then Jacob would turn in to this giant mutant and slaughter them all! But we all know that wasn’t the case.

Not too much going on in this chapter, but that’s alright folks the best is yet to come! We all know its worth our while, teehee.
