Lyrics sound good, but please people... no beyonce, no jo bros, no demi, no kelly clarkson... no super duper mainstream people. This is a dark movie, as the soundtrack should be as well. I bought 'Only By The Night' just after I started reading New Moon and have always linked the two in my head, I've thought this for a while actually! Where would you have them play it?

I think the exact. same. thing! This song really should be THE theme song for New Moon. The lyrics are perfect and I can even imagine the music being extremely fitting.

I just purchased the New Moon Soundtrack and I have to say I only like 2 songs. The whole CD is depressing. The age group of Twilight fans is 13 to 30. I am 33 years old, and after asking a 15 year old we both agree, you guys went way off the mark as to what we like in music. Stephanie Meyer's playlist is current, fresh, and also what twilight fans are listening to, not Indie rock. my 7 yr old and 9 yr old were complaining the music from the soundtrack was putting them to sleep.

for one, that was already in a movie soundtrack: for the punisher. however, there are several evanescence songs that fit beautifully with the entire series.

someone on here mentioned "breath" by breaking benjamin; it's on my playlist that i listened to while reading the books. i immediately thought it was perfect for new moon after reading/hearing simotaniously.

also, while i think that the soundtrack should fit more towards the muse, radiohead, paramore, linkin park type of music (def no jonas bros, taylor swift, etc! bleh!), there is a kelly clarkson song that i always thought was perfect for how bella feels about edward/her hearing his voice: it's called "addicted". i won't post the entire lyrics, but it does fit quite well. one line: "i'm hooked on you, i need a fix, i can't take it, just one more hit, i promise, i can do it, i'll handle it, quit it, just one more time, then that's it, just a little bit more to get me thru this." fits perfectly with how she keeps needing to hear his voice.

I don't think that song would be good for New Moon. No offense, but Demi Lovato, Jonas Brothers, and all the disney people's songs won't fit in the movie. They're so happy and light and New Moon is kinda dark. The music should be at least. That's how the book is.

My Heart By Paramore would be awesome for the Cliff scene, so sad and powerful.

Goodnight, travel well...by the killers. BIG, EPIC, BROODING song fits well with bella being lost in the woods or a flashback scene right before she jumps off the cliff.

I think for any one of the movies, probably mostly for Breaking dawn if it comes out, the song "1, 2, 3, 4" by Plain White T's fits perfect in explaining the love between Edward and Bella. Can't wait for New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn!!! B.D. was my favorite book!!

I Think That YOU FOUND ME by: THE FRAY would be a great song in the movie. i think it would be great for when she goes to see jacob with the bikes and they are in the garage when bella is watching him while he works on the bikes
